A distinctive new house being built on the Blackdown’s Springline using indigenous Beech.

Granted planning approval under the “Paragraph 79” special criteria this new home in open countryside will demonstrate innovative and high quality design. The house has been designed to a contemporary design following in depth research of local building forms, construction methods and landscape characteristics. The project will make use of locally manufactured beech wood glu-laminated timber and will be a first for UK construction.
